Room was larger compared to other hotels. Bed comfortable and bathroom had a full bathtub. Amenities available near reception. Staff can also friendly and can communicate in english well. Hotel is located right beside a 24H grocery store with a good selection of goods. The nearest entrance to Yotsubashi station is also a short distance from the hotel. The only con is that the lobby is also beside the smoking area and the smell can easily escape into the common areas. With regard to the train station, be prepared to take a lot of stairs and to walk as it is a labyrinth once you enter. The exits with escalator and elevator access are about a block away from the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel last year so I booked it again this time, and so I had another great time in Osaka. Friendly and helpful staffs, small but cozy room, great location next to a 24h-food supermarket and metro stations, and in walking distance to Dotonbori area. Our room was next to the elevator but we barely noticed its noise. Another plus is, the onion soup powder they provide for free is very tasty. Here is my 12/10 for this great hotel.

The room was s alot more spacious than we expected but still smaller than were used to. The room was clean and they offered daily room cleaning which we only used once during our 5 night stay. The hotel staff are really friendly

Always readt to assist Breakfast is good but might need variety..
