Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridouri

Room was larger compared to other hotels. Bed comfortable and bathroom had a full bathtub. Amenities available near reception. Staff can also friendly and can communicate in english well. Hotel is located right beside a 24H grocery store with a good selection of goods. The nearest entrance to Yotsubashi station is also a short distance from the hotel. The only con is that the lobby is also beside the smoking area and the smell can easily escape into the common areas. With regard to the train station, be prepared to take a lot of stairs and to walk as it is a labyrinth once you enter. The exits with escalator and elevator access are about a block away from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable even though it was small. The room was nice and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi stations. It's also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy. Overall great value for money.

The location was great! Right near the station and a supermarket right down stairs. Coin laundry a 2 min walk away. 20 min walk to namba station through Shinsaibashi shopping street. The room was s alot more spacious than we expected but still smaller than were used to. The room was clean and they offered daily room cleaning which we only used once during our 5 night stay. The hotel staff are really friendly

The train entrance and grocery store were next door to the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk to the Dotonbori arcade . Cristal Mall was a great underground shopping and eating area. Central location in Osaka and easily walk or train to other parts of the city. This was our second stay at this particular hotel.

Great location for walking distance and subway access, room was comfortable for 2 with necessities provided. Staff also kindly held our luggage until we could leave to meet our next hotel's check-in time.
